GOALS

• Formation of dignified society through collective ownership over resources
• Empowerment of the KADAMM community (marginalized communities) for initiating fight/movement for their rights, with central focus on child rights.
• Creating opportunities for the socio-economic-poli-cultural development of the marginalized communities with special emphasis on women.

APPROACH

• Child rights centered human rights
• To form gender just society
• To establish KADAMM ideology
• To form such an environment where in culture of indigenous people and traditional occupation will be honored.
• Rapport, understanding, dialogue and struggle as a process
• The oppressed will be the front leaders/initiators
• Formation and strengthening of community organizations
• Policy and media advocacy
